Grievance Process Course

This programme teaches managers on the grievance process and how to handle them in the workplace. Managers will learn the ACAS Codes of Practice to help deal with workplace disputes and improve the working environment. This course includes examples and scenarios of work-based grievances to learn to recognise and handle them appropriately.

Understand what a work-based grievance is and recognise some examples
