Violence, Aggression, and Bullying Awareness Course

In this course we take a look at some of the common forms of aggression and bullying in the workplace, discuss how to identify if you’re being bullied, and suggest how to work with your employer to secure yourself and your colleagues against antisocial behaviour. We also cover the symptoms and impacts of stress at work, encouraging reflection on mental health, and suggesting some good practices for managing stress to improve productivity and wellbeing.
